Saved views in Analytics

Saved views in Analytics let you save a filtered version of a report so you can return to it quickly later, without rebuilding the same filters each time.
Use saved views when you regularly check the same analytics lens — for example, requests for a specific team, category, source, time period, or status.
Create a saved view
Go to Analytics.
Apply the filters you want to save, such as date range, team, category, source, or status.
Select 'Save current view', give the view a clear name, such as People Ops requests - monthly or Benefits team performance
Save the view.
Open a saved view
Go to Analytics.
Open the saved views menu.
Select the saved view you want to use.
Kinfolk will apply the saved filters so the dashboard shows the same reporting setup again.
Update or remove a saved view
If a reporting need changes, open the saved view, adjust the filters, and save the updated version. If the view is no longer useful, remove it from the saved views menu.
Best practices
Use descriptive names so other admins can understand what the view is for.
Review date ranges before saving. A relative range such as “last 30 days” is better for recurring reporting than a fixed historical date range.
Avoid duplicates. Before creating a new saved view, check whether a similar one already exists.
